SchoolCash Management is a comprehensive solution.  It helps school and district users manage every dollar.  It is intuitive and easy-to-use.  Below is a list of the modules a new user is recommended to start with when learning how to use SchoolCash.    

1. Issue checks to :

  • Tracks invoice numbers and payments
  • Warns user on category balance shortage
  • Attach supporting documents (check requisition/invoice)


2. Enter deposits/receipts to:

  • Count money faster 
  • Print receipts & up-to-date balances
  • Print bank deposit ticket


3. Complete the monthly bank reconciliation

  • Easy recording of cleared transactions


4. Catalog

  • Items assigned to categories/accounts
  • Include options / picture / scheduled payments / public facing
  • Email Reminders
  • Attach items by student profile (grade, homeroom, course, group)


5. Cash Register
