This feature offers the ability to download all year-end rollover reports, using the Download Reports button.   This allows the user to download all available reports in the Rollover Complete section for the current year.

Email Notification

The email notification feature has been added to improve our users’ experience and process. 


The new Download Reports button allows the user to download all available reports in the Rollover Complete section.

Process:

How to Download Reports:

  1. Click on Download Reports. The user will be presented with the email notification popup.
  2. Enter a valid email. 
  3. User can add a message which will be included in the email body.
  4. Submit button is enabled once a valid email is entered.

Once the reports are ready, the user will receive an email including the following:  

  • User’s notes (if applicable). 
  • A secure link for the report.  
  • Expiration date for the secured link.

 

Download Page

 

  • The user is required to login before downloading the reports.
  • Once in the page, the download will start automatically.
