Item with No Base Price & Pricing in Option/Choices

SCENARIO:

We are offering a Poinsettia Fundraiser with various sizes and colors.

QUESTION:

How should this fundraiser be setup?

BEST PRACTICE:

If there are several sizes. It would be safe to assume they are different prices. Create an item per color, with a size option and choices per size.

Do NOT create one item with all sizes and colors.
