QUESTION:
I have closed out my cash drawer, but it did not balance. How do I adjust the deposit?
RESPONSE:
The Close Out deposit form MUST BE BALANCED.
District and School users are unable to reset a SchoolCash Register close out.
If you are unaware of how to proceed, a District User, with the ability to create tickets, can submit a support ticket.
NOTE: Always verify the Close Out details displayed in Step 3 of the Close Out before continuing.
Workaround:
- Add the close out deposit to Ledger
- then add opposing transactions
