The December 2025 release of SchoolFunds Online includes a series of product enhancements and fixes designed to improve functionality, reporting accuracy, and the overall user experience.
SchoolFunds Online (SFO)
- Vendor Maintenance: Added a confirmation or error message when adding a new vendor in Vendor Maintenance to provide clearer feedback during setup.
- Resolved an issue where selecting Release Notes from the Help menu did not always redirect correctly to the Release Notes page in the Support Hub.
- Resolved an issue to ensure the Country field populates correctly in the Checks module and prints accurately on physical checks.
- Resolved an issue where the Cancel option could appear before bank reconciliation was completed prior to the fiscal year-end date.
- Resolved an issue so that when Use DBA (Doing Business As) as Primary Name When Writing Checks/PO's is enabled in District Vendor Settings, users can search for vendors using the DBA value.
- Resolved an issue to ensure tabbing away from the Vendor Name field works as expected on the PCard and New Check pages.
- Resolved an issue where checks could print with an extra comma at the end of the address, even when City, State, ZIP, and Country were missing.
SchoolCash Online (SCO)
- Improved handling of district and school names that include special characters (such as apostrophes) to support smoother Apple Pay and Google Pay transactions.
