Overview

Once a check has been added to Ledger Inquire, it becomes read-only and cannot be printed or reprinted by school users. The options are to void the check and create a new check or handwrite the check information on the original check form.


Steps

  1. Locate the original check form.
  2. Handwrite the check information directly onto the form, if this falls in line with your district policies.  Or
  3. Void the check and start again on a new check.

Outcome

The check is reprinted either by handwriting the details or by voiding the original and reissuing the check. 

Troubleshooting

  • District policy doesn't allow handwritten checks - void the original check and issue a new one.
