Overview

This article provides email domain allow-list information for customers preparing for the updated KEV support experience.

Use this information to help ensure your district or organization can continue receiving support responses, product updates, and other support-related messages from KEV.

Before you begin

Work with your district or organization’s IT team or email administrator to confirm that these email domains and subdomains are allowed in your email security tools.

Details

As we update the KEV support experience, customers should allow support-related email domains and subdomains to help ensure messages from our Support Team are delivered successfully.

Current support email addresses and URLs will continue to work for a limited time to support a smooth transition. We will share exact timing and updated links in advance.

  • Review any email filtering, spam filtering, security gateway, or firewall rules that may affect support-related email delivery.
  • Update any internal documentation that references current support email addresses or support URLs after updated links are provided.

Transition timing

  • Current support email addresses and URLs will continue to work for a limited time during the transition.
  • Updated links and exact timing will be shared in advance.
  • Allow-listing the domains and subdomains now helps ensure your district or organization continues receiving support responses during and after the transition.
