The March 2026 release of SchoolFunds Online includes a series of product enhancements and fixes designed to improve functionality, reporting accuracy, and the overall user experience.
SchoolFunds Online (SFO)
- Resolved an issue where the total could be incorrect when using the Print All button for the Outstanding Checks report.
- Resolved an issue to ensure the vendor name populates when a purchase order is loaded in P-Card.
SchoolCash Catalog (SCC)
- Added support for patron-issued fines from Destiny in SchoolCash Catalog.
- Enhanced the Destiny integration to support sub-category level mapping for fee imports.
- Resolved inconsistencies between Item Order reports downloaded through the user interface and those sent by email.
SchoolCash Access
- Resolved an issue to allow the Forms report to run from SchoolCash Access when the Forms feature is disabled.
SchoolCash Register (SCR)
- Resolved an issue that could cause incorrect calculation and recording of partial cash payments when multiple quantities of an item were involved, helping prevent mismatched closeout reports.
- Implemented performance improvements in SchoolCash Register.
- Resolved an issue that could create multiple student records for the same student, which could prevent receipt reprints.
User management
- Added new permission sets to limit Expire Item and Delete Item for selected roles. For District Administrators, please submit a support ticket if you want to modify user roles.
SchoolCash Point of Sale (POS) - App 1.283
- Revamped the POS interface for items with options and choices so selections appear in a list view, making item configuration clearer and faster for sellers.
- Updated the View Items flow so that when no items are available, users are automatically returned to the I Am Ready page.
- Resolved an issue where adding variable price items or options and choices items did not update the total amount and quantity on the Selected Items screen.
- Shortened the delay for the Add Item to POS device selection to show in the school’s SchoolCash Catalog when devices are reassigned.
