Can uploaded staff information be verified?


RESPONSE:

Staff information may be verified two ways:


1. From SCHOOLCASH CATALOG

  • Select List of Items window > [Item Name]
  • Choose Attach button 
  • Select Optional, Recommended or Required
  • Choose Grade radio button
  • Select Staff checkbox
  • Choose View Selected Students button


  • Information will display after the Grade selection section


2.    From SCHOOLCASH REGISTER

  • Search window will display automatically
  • Select Gr to sort by grade (two times)
  • Your staff will display
    • NOTE: the Date of Birth
      They may all be the same for privacy reasons.
      This information should be provided to your staff. It is required for them to attach themselves as a student through their school cash online account.

    • NOTE: ID number
      This will most likely be their employee number, but can be verified here.
